The staff, facilities, and programs of Mark T. Sheehan and Lyman Hall High Schools has one aim - to help every student achieve the academic, interpersonal, cultural and physical fitness skills they need to be well rounded, responsible, independent young adults who can reach their individual post-high school goals.

A student's capability after graduation is the truest measure of a school system. This drives our commitment to performance assessment - requiring students to demonstrate competence in key subject areas - before they can graduate from our schools. Performance assessments will be a major focus of effort for high school per supported by central administration, for the immediate future.
