Dear Wallingford Families,
Town Council Hearing on the Budget
Last evening, the Town Council reviewed the Board of Education budget. To view the presentation, please click here for the link. It is also available on our website.
On Monday, April 28th, at 6:00 p.m., the Town Council will hold a public hearing on the 2025-2026 budget of the Town of Wallingford. All interested parties are invited to attend and ask questions about the appropriations and requests.
I want to thank the administrators and Central Office staff for their hard work in developing and presenting this budget and the Board of Education for its continued support.
Reminder - Community Forums
We invite you to participate in our upcoming Educational Specifications Community Forums, where you can share your comments on the Educational Specifications for the proposed One New Wallingford High School. Your input is essential in shaping a school that supports current and future student learning and meets the evolving needs of our students and community.
In addition, we have created a building tour video of Mark T. Sheehan and Lyman Hall High Schools to provide a closer look at our current facilities. These videos showcase the current learning environments and help inform discussions about potential improvements.
