Consent Forms in the PowerSchool Parent Portal
Wallingford Public Schools has expanded our use of the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Many of the forms that were previously sent home at the beginning of the year will be available here for review and sign-off can be submitted electronically through the Parent Portal.
We ask that a Parent/Guardian sign into the PowerSchool Parent Portal at the beginning of each year in order to complete these agreements and update the demographic information we have on file for your child(ren). One agreement must be submitted for each child. If you have multiple children, you must click on each of your children to submit the agreements.
