PreSchool Information

Wallingford Public Schools' three year old preschool program is a half-day program.  Classes are located at Cook Hill Elementary School and Moses Y. Beach.  The morning session is from 9:05-11:45 daily and the afternoon session is from 12:45-3:25.  The three year old program follows the Wallingford Public Schools calendar.  

Children must have a date of birth in the year of 2019 (or on January 1, 2020) in order to enter into the 3 year old preschool lottery.  Families must also be Wallingford residents and provide proof of residency at the time of registration.  There is no cost to families accepted into the program and transportation is not provided.  

Wallingford Public Schools four year old preschool program consists of both full day and half-day options in the four K-2 elementary schools.  The preschool program is held 5 days a week and follows the Wallingford Public Schools calendar.  

Children must have a date of birth in the year 2018 (or on January 1, 2019) to enter into the four year old preschool lottery.  Families must also be Wallingford residents.  There is no cost to families accepted into the program.  However, the district does not provide transportation.
